Flag Gaz is a brand associated with the Flag Group - a leading supplier of liquid gas to commercial and individual customers in Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia.
Customer service from the energy supplier industry is often one of the most demanding not only due to the resources at which the entities working in them operate, but also due to the strong competition on the market and complex capital relations of companies. For the Hungarian branch of the client we carried out, among others, marketing tasks in the Trade & Direct model, i.e. activities related to trade and direct contact with the recipient. As part of this project we were responsible for handling an wide-ranging loyalty program using an extensive digital customer database, as well as for the implementation of a competition for entities using Flag Gaz products.
The campaign was aimed at individual LPG cylinder sellers - the program and the competition were nationwide, and therefore included sales points located throughout Hungary. Our role was to plan the operation from the organizational and legal side, and then to manage and supervise the proper functioning of the loyalty program.
We were also responsible for the smooth running of the competition, and therefore for the correctness and security of the collected data. As a result of the campaign, the client tightened relations with existing sellers, strengthened the existing commercial relations, but also expanded the range of recognition through the so-called word of mouth marketing, which gained momentum thanks to a well-planned and efficiently implemented campaign.
