Jamar is a highly recognizable brand of a large range of food products and cooking additives, for which we ran a Polish, Russian and Romanian Facebook profile, as well as an Instagram profile for the Russian recipient. To guarantee the best results of the tasks performed, we also prepared special product photo sessions. The model of communication with recipients adopted by us resulted in increasing the recognition of products and deepening the level of customer confidence in the brand.
Our strategy focused on stimulating interaction with audiences in Social Media channels. Thanks to the wide range of Jamar products, we were able to adapt the current communication related to cooking to the kitchen appropriate for a given season of the year or special circumstances, such as holidays. In order to emphasize the quality and usability of a specific product line, we created and maintained a separate Facebook profile called Marynujemy - dedicated to the manufacturer's vinegars. In this way, we have built a mini-community composed of recipients who are particularly interested in preparing their own pickled preserves.
By referring to the culinary practices typical for Eastern and Central Europe in communication, we used the principles underlying cultural marketing. The result was an increase in general trust in the brand and its recognition, but above all, it generated strong positive associations between the recipes for preserves and our client's products.
