OrlenGaz is a daughter company of PKN Orlen - one of the largest Polish companies and a leader in the fuel industry in this part of Europe. For the client, we have carried out a number of PR activities, typical for such big brands.
Our main task was to conduct OrlenGaz media communication regarding the company's current activities - we organized press conferences and interviews for industry media, we prepared and distributed press materials, and we also developed a PR strategy for the brand in crisis. An important part of the cooperation was also the launch of the website www.orlengaz.pl
and its editing, as well as the development and launch of a special employee website, which was then part of the broad process of digitization of management and communication on the Polish enterprise market.
Our PR activities for OrlenGaz also included the organization of nationwide training courses addressed to autogas distributors - in this way, we improved the quality of services in the industry in Poland, and at the same time built the image of the company as caring for its contractors and supporting them substantively. For such large enterprises, one of the greatest challenges is always managing communication distance, as well as building and cultivating trust in all kinds of relationships with the client and other entities in the industry.
We constructed the expert dimension of the client's image through specialized press articles that dealt with the broadly understood subject of autogas extraction, trade and distribution.
