Porta is one of the most popular companies in the construction and finishing industry in Poland, specializing in the production of classic doors intended for home use as well as advanced, so-called technical doors: anti-burglary, fireproof or soundproof.
Porta has met the challenges resulting from the dynamic development of the company, but also from the development boom that has prevailed in Poland for years, which results in an extremely high demand for products and installation of finishing elements in the construction industry. In response to the growing demand not only for the client’s product itself, but also its installation, Porta created the Academy of Good Assembly Porta - a system for educating specialists in the installation of Porta doors for various purposes.
Anyone willing to work as Porta door fitters can apply to the Academy, and the role of our client is to professionally train candidates and prepare them for all the challenges of the fitter's work. Our task was to handle one of the elements of this project - a loyalty program for fitters who, in return for permanent, regular cooperation and the use of Porta products, may
receive various interesting and even useful gadgets. These activities perfectly fit into the growing trend of tightening business-business relations, and not just limiting ourselves to caring for the company's relationship with the target customer.
A loyalty program of this kind builds a sort of "family" of specialists and indicates to the fitter industry that it is treated with respect and appreciated by the manufacturer. This, of course, always contributes to the improvement of the brand's market position, especially since the final consumer of construction products often comes into contact with them
indirectly - through a specialist responsible for the installation of specific equipment.
