Thomas is a manufacturer of modern premium class vacuum cleaners - their offer includes water, washing and cyclone vacuum cleaners. For the client, we conducted communication on Facebook focused on the message of benefits, building the recognition of specific series of brand products. The key element of our activities was the implementation of the website for the Hungarian and Romanian market. We focused on a transparent design that clearly and directly accentuates the values of branded products.
The luxurious, high-quality nature of the customer's offer was reflected in the message on the main advantages of vacuum cleaners on the home page - we emphasized the usefulness of this type of equipment for allergy sufferers, pet owners and generally demanding customers. The second important layer of communication were references to the technological
innovation of products - the possibilities offered by individual models allow not only to vacuum, but also to wash or clean the floors.
The structure of the website was based on the assumptions of the full presentation of the brand. In addition to the list of available products and their specifications, we have distinguished sections describing special technologies used in selected vacuum cleaners. We have added interactive country maps divided into regions to the list of online stores offering Thomas products, thanks to which the user can easily find the nearest store where he can buy customer products and a service for
equipment maintenance. An important part of the website that deepens trust in the brand is also the section devoted to advice on the use of selected models of vacuum cleaners, some of which were implemented as part of influencer marketing.
