Velux is a highly recognizable and award-winning manufacturer of window joinery with a wide range.
The client implements a marketing strategy that assumes permanent multi-channel activities focused on various types of effects, including brand recognition, recipient trust, sales results or appropriate image shaping. Our project activities included the implementation of printed marketing and information materials - mini-newspapers "Magazyn Dekarza" – and competition and information brochures for individual and commercial clients, as well as advertising pages in printed magazines.
The recurring, main motive of the communication we designed was its transparency and minimalism, the aim of which was to evoke associations with transparency, accessibility and professionalism. The "Roofing Magazine" addressed to professionals using Velux products at work is characterized, on the one hand, by a professional, expert message, in line
with the relationship between the manufacturer and the specialist-finisher. On the other hand, in order to avoid creating a strictly commercial message, in the designed materials we have minimized the formal nature of the content, simplifying the flow of information and gently building the closeness of the client's brand with the recipients.
The wide range of materials developed by us - from woodwork sellers to individual clients - was a fundamental design challenge, which we responded to by adjusting the content and visual complexity of materials while maintaining visual consistency thanks to system solutions in the field of DTP composition templates and their color palette.
